The People Behind This
Remarkable Estate.
Ron and Felicia did not simply own 8241 Main Street — they invested more than $1 million in shaping it with care, creativity, and vision. Turning the former Bokeelia Tarpon Inn into a refined waterfront estate that feels both deeply personal and remarkably flexible — equally at home as a private residence, family retreat, executive escape, or distinctive hospitality property.
Now they are ready to pass it on to someone who sees what they saw: a rare waterfront property with history, character, flexibility, and possibilities far beyond the ordinary.
Hear directly from them — why they bought it, what they created here, and why they believe the right next owner will recognize just how special it is.
